BBC reports 911, WTC 7 Collapse before it happens

I've heard claims that the reporter was in the UK with a green screen showing a very delayed video feed of WTC 7. Does anyone know what time in NY this part of the broadcast occurred? Did this really happen before the building came down? How long before?
If the building came down after this broadcast it would support what I already think about 9/11 and WTC7.
