I built my own staff to walk on don't have a pic now to show, but it's very easy thing to do. Main excercise is just walking bare feet on it a trieng as many movements as possible.

Other exercises were just for foot, will try to find some other link and post under this 🤙😉

I found really big benefits and improvements doing these, and changed also completely they way I walk, before I was never activating my backchain and was also starting to have pains on the lower back.
