TV signals are no longer analog so hacking a digital broadcast is mostly out of reach of anyone but state-sponsored actors. It’s also a more severe crime than it was 40 years ago.

Wild one, right? Pure RF hijack, zero malware. My favorite lesson from it is that the physical layer stays the squishiest target. At Masters of The Lair we still threat model antennas.
