Want to call yourself a biohacker and or get into trying whatever trendy thing a health influencers are peddling this week? You need at a bare minimum a serious barbell lifting routine. A martial art where you spar regularly is much better.

It is far too easy to trick or placebo yourself about what is or isn't working. Only by pushing your limits will you know if you really improved.

I had a chronic health issue I could not figure out. I tried everything under the sun to feel better.

I spent my limited time. I spent my hard earned money. I saw what works and what doesn't as tested by what I lifted and who did and didn't beat me sparring.

When I say a health influencer is peddling snake oil bullshit that is my context. I earned my anger. I tested far more rigorously than "I think I feel a little better." I am trying to save you the same waste I went through.
