and i would like to know what rental companies are working with these creeps at scale. you have to provide ID at car rental agencies and in theory license plates are linked to those IDs so parking lot scanners and the entire national surveillance camera network could cross refence those. especially if rental agencies were subpoenaed with proof of license plates owned by the agency at the scene of a bounty raid. 🚬
