A major benefit is that the creators can bring in loyal fans with them.

Sure I am happy for people to find nostr by themselves. However, humans are social animals.
Unlike bluesky, nostr does not have tech and corporate media marketing on nostr’s behalf.
With limited resources devs figuring out how to find a single censored/deplatformed creator, and Derek/someone else bringing in said censored creator in turn brings tens, hundreds, or thousands of fans to nostr!

So a lead is a person? How do we generate a person?
