Run Bitcoin Knots, it fixes not only OP_RETURN but also inscriptions spam which Core devs intentionally allowed.

You can achieve the same thing with Core 28 or earlier. I'm not sure about 29, though.
Core 28 and 29 are better than Core 30 which blows up OP_RETURN from 83 Bytes to 100 000 Bytes
but even 28 and 29 are not as good as Bitcoin Knots becase Bitcoin Knots has fixed inscriptions spam.

You can see who rejected Luke's fix and read their comments as well as the comments of the ones who supported Luke's fix of inscription
and check what makes sense to you. Inscriptions are fixed in Bitcoin Knots. You can also ask them why they did not fix them in Core.
You can see Peter Todd who is totally compromised saying the transactions with spam are source of revenue which absolute BS.
Paying fees - 4443 Bitcoin in 2+ years. What kind of bad joke is that? Block reward is 450 Bitcoin PER DAY. His "fees" equate to less than 10 days of block rewards.
But they created almost 30 GB of SPAM.
