I've eeen thinking along a similar line.

Surround yourself with doers, people who are building and coming up with solutions.

There is so much talk about what the problems are. And, that is important.

But, at some point you have to move past "the ship is sinking" and start heading for the lifeboats.

Listening to doers talk about solutions is inspiring and provides a great sense of peace.
