We dont need more all-in-one apps. That habit bourne of necessity by the legacy clownworld. Because their shit is silo'd and built at the platform level, they have to eventually move to an AIO solution to gain/maintain market share. Its a competition model that races to the bottom. All you get is bloat, incompatibility and broken functionality.

The freedom tech we have here is built on interoperability by having core systems running at the protocol level. This is a cooperation system that incentives establish high quality niche products that are compatible with the larger ecosystem as a whole.

Why arent we leveraging this?! Make an app specific to a user group, not the entire ecosystem, and focus on shipping user-centric products thay enhance a specific user group's experience.

Some of the coolest stuff I've vibecoded is just simple stuff that only I use. My latest is a simple desktop link that opens a webpage to upload stuff to my blossom server.
