Freedom of speech is natural law, but anything you say can and will be used against you. Governments of the world seems to be on the side of using anything you say against you. That's why anonymous and pseudonymous speech is important.
It's part of the American tradition because there has always been leaders with totalitarian tendencies who wish to use your speech against you. I see nostr as a place for speech that is outside of the government surveillance system. We're like the Anti-Federalist Papers online.

Yes freedom of speech is natural law but how others perceive that speech and judge/discriminate against you is uncontrollable. I 100% agree with all that you say, most importantly how anonymity and pseudonymity is important. 🤙

We outnumber them literally hundreds if not thousands to one AND we have the power of the wallet and purse! Every time someone stands up and says "NO!" we slow their progress, if enough of us did so, we would regain ground. If we all did, we would have a new system just though power of numbers. The problem is that UNLESS we fight back now, they will take the power of speech and wallet away from us - Censorship and Central Bank Digital Currencies are incredibly dangerous for EVERYONE on this planet.
