So, the next assignment I'm going to do is three landscapes or still lifes (haven't decided yet) with:

1. a clearly defined compositional center

2. without a specific compositional center

3. with emptiness instead of a compositional center

I'm planning to do this over the weekend, hopefully I'll have enough free time :)

Finished the first painting study with a clearly defined focal point 🎨

I’m trying to go over each work now, looking at mistakes, pros and cons, but at the same time not putting too much pressure on myself with criticism, just to keep the motivation to learn and grow further
