Sounds right. Noticed some wonky behavior with a few popular repays which I chalked up to the outage.

true. us-east-1 is one of the largest data centers...

either way. relays are easy to run. proof that they can be resilient and run anywhere...

That's surprising, but honestly pretty good seeing as running a relay and making it accessible from the outside world isn't all that easy just yet.
