I don't recommend probiotics unless you have *at least* 2 bowel movements a day.

Great way to get SIBO.

It's actually amazing that no probiotic suppository or enema product exists on the market to which you can get bacteria directly into the colon/lower intestine, skipping the GI tract all together. 🤔

Oh dang. I’ve been taking a probiotic every night before bed. I guess I should stop. Thanks for the info.

Better just before breakfast so that food can press the bacteria more effectively into the colon.

But I only have one BM a day so should probably forgo all probiotics for now right?
