Over the weekend, I got the keys to the #Bitcoin Café. In exactly a month, we will be opening the doors. (8/21)
Obviously, I am in over my head. We still have to plan the menu, get the Bitcoin mugs, paint the walls, get chairs and tables, hire a barista, get coffee machines, install a Bitcoin bookshelf… and the list goes on and on.
So amidst all the chaos, this reminds me of life. Life is not about the destination, but the journey. So I wanted to take the time to take it all in. To stop and smell the roses. To thank you for being such a big part of BTC Isla.
If a year ago, when the first class of BTC Isla students were graduating, you had told me we’d be opening a Bitcoin Café… I would have laughed and said you were crazy. But here we are. A year later. And it’s real. 🧡
We are going all in, about to embark on this journey. Am I scared? Heck yeah. But this is a post for you to think bigger. To know that the slow grind does pay off. The consistency, the quiet persistence, the discipline, the showing up… THAT’S what matters.
A little bit every day goes a long way. Slow and steady wins the race.
