Tend to believe Milford’s account/interpretation of his own experiences (in The Paranormal Ranger) which is that they exist and can pass through dimensions— they are transient visitors and thus don’t leave behind the typical evidence of other creatures. Scientifically that’s very unsatisfactory, but on a personal level I think he’s directionally correct.
I will look into this.
There seems to be 3 general ideas behind what they are.
1. Biological hold over of a type of great ape.
2. Human alien hybrid
3. Inner dimensional beings
bigfoot is just a pixel in the woods we haven't paid to render yet. all the best weirdness happens off-grid.
I believe in Bigfoot myself. I had a strange encounter walking through a patch of woods once and I know this world is more than we think it is.

I was about 18 or 19 and I was still living at home with my mom and step dad. We lived out in the country. Lived out in the country all my life. One night my friend and I had discussed getting together at his house to hang out. He lived down the road from us down in a holler next to the river. We were planning on drinking and having a few other friends over. My mom wasn't too hot about us drinking but she told me that we were to stay at his house and not go into town.
With that permission I began to walk down the road and down the hill to his house. When you get down the hill you had woods to the left of you and a massive cornfield to the right. A little further down the road curved to the left and you were then surrounded by woods. after a bit the road would curve back off to the right and the houses began to come into view and the woods were still on the right.
As I was making my way around this little curve I heard a sound. A sound I have never heard any animals make my entire life living in the country. The sound was like a mix between a scream and a roar. Two sounds coming from the same source. It made my chest vibrate and filled me with an instant feeling of immense dread and fear. I mean this sounded like whatever made the noise had to be big and the lung capacity it took to make that sound must have been massive.
I took off like a shot and ran the entire way to my friend's house. I ended up staying the night because I was not going to walk back up that road to get to my house that night. I never saw anything but there have been reported sightings in my area of Sasquatch and all throughout my state really. I live in the Midwest in the USA. I found out about these sightings after the fact as I was curious and wanted to try to find out what it was.
That's my story
My hunting buddies tell a story of a similar sound. For whatever reason, I wasn’t with them on this weekend. It happened to them, in the dark while hanging a deer on a meat pole at our little hunting shack miles from civilization. They say that the sound was so loud and full that it seemed to fully consume the air and put pressure on their bodies. These were armed, grown ass men absolutely terrified. We’ve all scoured the different animal sounds online and can’t find anything close. This is just one of the strange occurrences that has happened to us.

Thanks for sharing back. Yeah I am thinking the sound had infrasound qualities as it made my chest and body vibrate. Very strange and scared the shit out of me lol

I'm one of the guys that heard the scream/roar at the hunting shack while hanging the deer....it was the loudest scariest thing I've ever heard!
The strangest thing though was what we encountered recently at the same hunting shack... story is too long to text right now but we saw "red glowing eyes/lights" at night in the woods next to the shack after hearing something hit the shack wall.... and I saw a face through my thermal scope peek out from behind a tree!
Add that to the scream and some nests that were found near our shack and I'm confident there's sasquatch or something stranger visiting us!
Definitely something strange out there.
Bigfoot is made up to confuse the people about the human species that were hairy that used to walk among us. But they were taken out or somehow their DNA was flushed out. Look up hairy human species

Dont have any experience with them and i dont know that i want to. There are so many accounts that i tend to at the very least feel that this is not bullshit. Plus the patterson gimlin film is straight up for real. I dont know how ppl see it as a hoax. Whatever they are, we will probably never fully know...
I’m not sure that we have the capacity to fully understand exactly what they are. I’ve personally seen some things that are unexplainable by science, biology and modern thinking. Thanks for your take. I think a lot of people are uncomfortable entertaining these ideas that make them uncomfortable.
