Clearly, Robin Hood was fighting government tyranny by taking back the money the state had stolen. He gave the money back to the people to whom the money belonged. But somehow a bunch of assholes twisted the narrative so that he was “stealing from the rich” and “gave money to the poor” as if Robin Hood was some woke social justice warrior on a mission to fight inequality. Fuck that shit.
