I have seen enough emotional reactions and unbacked claims in his tweets. Even this post is less technical and mostly arrogance.
From a PR point of view I agree that tone matters. But I find it unreasonable to expect people to be very nice and friendly when they're attacked by a brigade of mostly bad faith actors, whether it's just people who refuse to read up on a topic before expressing their strong opinion, or actually targeted attacks to intimate developers into not writing or reviewing code.

Love me some Bitcoin drama, it makes me dive into details about how Bitcoin work and take action. I always learn a lot from all this drama. eg The block size war in 2017 really kick started my Bitcoin journey and made me a smallblock Bitcoin maxi. It also wiped my shitcoining ass clean.
