By saying "the transition is easy", I mean that when you swtich over to Graphene OS, you don't necessarily have to quit using the apps you are used to, because ... here's the big thing not everyone tells you about your phone:
When you try to install apps from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and get this screen like the ones below, asking you to either grant access for all these things to the application you're about to install or basically forfeit installing the app. What people don't tell you is that permission request is the APP store asking, not the app devs, and with Graphene OS, you can basically deny all access to anything that the app doesn't require for basic functionality.
