FYI This never got resolved!
I got 1 email response from a support staff after posting the below back in November but then all further messages were again ignored. I have no idea what i did wrong to deserve this π€·ββοΈ
I simply didn't and don't have time to keep trying to get a response so payments to join the relay are disabled, and i guess @ZBD just gets to keep whatever few sats were left in the account. I'm leaving the relay up for now so that any members can continue to use it. No guarantees on how many months that will go on for though.

It's fair to say that I don't do a great job of maintaining this as I've barely been on Nostr or other socials recently, hence the delay in responding. Please be aware that I'm just a hobbyist and the few fees I've received only cover a small % of my server costs.
That being said, you don't appear to have ever been a paid member of my relay and its certainly not dead nor been offline since November!
If you believe you sent a payment at some point then please do send me the details.

Earlier in the year you offered developer accounts to Nostr relay runners such as myself so that we might take payments.
For some time now I've been unable to access my account or funds (through either the developer dashboard or android app) and always receive "Error. Issue detected. Please contact support".
In order to contact support one has to first create a support account and is then faced with a form that insists on a 'gamertag'. Text on the form suggests that the way to get ones gamertag is to login to the app... which I'm blocked from! Well done, you've created a system in which nobody that is locked from their account, for whatever reason, is able to ask you for support! π
So I've submitted a support request over a week ago using a fake gamertag and explanation of the situation, simply so that the form might actually submit. It seemed to work and I received a confirmation email telling me to expect a response in 24-48 hrs. A week goes by and no response so I log in to the support site to find that there are no support requests listed!!! I guess it was deleted by one of your staff? Rejected for not being a valid gamertag?
I then go back to the confirmation email and see there's an option to reply directly, so I do that and wait another couple of days. Still nothing.
So here I am, you've left me little choice to now post this publicly. Please sort this out!
There's probably only a few sats in my account TBH but it's the fact of the matter, and also the amount of time I've wasted trying to sort this out, that is bugging me! Not a great look at all.
And another journey to the Lake District begins!
An overnight stop in London, including the evening at Brixton Bitcoin meetup, then I head to the Lakes first thing in the morning.
Myself, and a handful of other bitcoiners, will be setting off to do ~38 miles across 18 fells (a fell is a very big hill, something close in size to a mountain), running, hiking, scrambling, or however we see fit. 24 hours to finish starting from midday on Friday.
Can't wait. The weather is looking absolutely shite for it though!
