AWS services run on hardware they control. They run hypervisors that we run our software on. I'm not sure how difficult it is for them to surveil but I imagine it is very possible and we would not know.
BIP 151 is a good start but I imagine a lot of the issues would have to be resolved on the hypervisor level
Seems unlikely. Maybe portions of AWS but the core of AWS is the servers running all this software.
You could propagate data using Nostr though.
That only protects traffic. I'm referring to protecting the actual machine running in the hypervisor. Also, many high perf nodes (ala the big boys) do not run over TOR. TOR is slow.

Yep, there's a module that will take your Drupal site and generate a static site. Its called [Tome](https://www.drupal.org/project/tome).
For years I've used curl to do this for sites that no longer need updates. Hosting a static HTML site is much easier to secure as well.
Additionally there are many hybrids of this where you use Drupal as the CMS and a node server will use the Drupal REST API as the data source and generate a static site.
