What he says stands on its own. His thoughts about whether or not it is a hazard isn't really the point though. Right? The reality is that the response to Covid like the response to many dangerous things (terrorism) opens the door for more power for centralized forces. Governments be they democratic or not.

Here is the source. Haven't had time to watch it yet though. From the clip it is not clear to me that he is saying this is not good. I think he may be saying it just is what it is. Regardless of what his feelings are about it, he's right. Things like this are great for anyone in power no matter what label they use.

That's not clear in many of his conversations where he stands. Does anyone have the source? What is clear is that the WEF is pro state and survalence.

Marty, would love a link to the original video for more context. I've seen this guy many times and he's easy to take clips from out of context. I'm not sure if it is because he is so hyper focused on what he's talking about or he just doesn't care to cloak his agendas like the typical elite.

What people fail to see but this dude is explaining is that the tools of our imprisonment are the same in democracy as dictatorship. Also, that woman to his left is really digging what he's saying.

AT&T admits breach after denying it came from their network

When will the public have enough of this? Well, one massive problem is that the public probably thinks this problem is only with the companies and their security polices. That is a big problem. Another even bigger problem is that fact that most companies are required by law to know there customer. They are required to collect mounds of data on people. This of course creates a massive honey pot for criminals. Yes, these companies are not doing all they can do to protect their customers, but best solution to data privacy breaches is to not even have the data to steal. So, the next time one of your friends complains about a data breach mention KYC laws and how the government requires all of these honey pots to be created, and then acts like they have no part in the problem.

If the governments of the world didn't require KYC many companies would still try to get you to give them valuable data about yourself. The difference is that in a free market it would be easier for companies to compete on privacy. Right now, there is a false bottom to privacy.

The other factor is that the masses still do not value privacy to the level required to promote the shift necessary in the market. It is my belief that there will continue to be breaches until people learn. Until then do what you can to protect yourself.

Craig Raw (Sparrow Wallet) Shares Concerns About Bitcoin Prioritizing Scaling

https://twitter.com/Lewified/status/1774266674423689456

> @craigraw

gives a sober warning to consider - if we hyperfocus on scaling, do we risk losing the ‘Crown Jewels’ features of Bitcoin? Decentralization, privacy, no permissions, no trusted third parties… will we give these up to scale?

> “We have this overwhelming demand in the bitcoin community that we must scale. But I’m not sure that that is the overwhelming need. […]”

> “We have given up a lot of things in order for Bitcoin to scale, and I’m just going to throw it out there that I don’t necessarily think that scaling is the best all and end all of everything that we should be thinking about. […]”

> “I’m not saying that I have all the answers. I just know that if you start to drop your ideals, and start to lose those things that make Bitcoin unique, you might be giving away the Crown Jewels.”

What stuck out to me about Craig's comments is the erosion in terms. Goes back to some things I've heard @Car sound alarms about.

He is risen and loves you more than you can imagine.

I hear you. Nostr isn't popular enough yet for the influencers. Its better for sure though and I think if it does take off it will be better still. I was referring to the more general practice of trusting sources and bias. You will always pay a price for trusting sources to not have bias.

God Bless The USA Bible

https://godblesstheusabible.com/

This has been getting attention because of Trump's video promoting it. I've seen people say this is Trump's Bible but I was curious seems that Trump's involvement is fairly recent. It would be more accurate to say this is Lee Greenwood's Bible. Checkout this [snapshot of the web site from 2021](https://web.archive.org/web/20210423205907/https://godblesstheusabible.com/).

It will be interesting to watch the people that love this and buy it as well as the people that hate Trump and lose their minds about it. I got a good laugh out of the video Trump put out. We have the presidential candidates we deserve folks. The people of the US are really messed up in many deep ways. Voting for one of the two clowns isn't going to fix it.

Really? I've been asked this question many times. The answer is all news is biased. You can't trust sources. You must think and remain skeptical. Better yet, ignore 99% of the news. It has little value to ones life.

Looks like a great 3d printing project. I'd make it more compact. Bet someone has already.
