I watched the GPT-4 launch yesterday. The guy takes out a notepad and draws a concept sketch of a website about jokes. He takes a picture of the notepad and provides it to GPT-4. It then interprets the picture, writes the code for the website, and then the website works.

Things are getting strange. That’s why I’m so happy to be a part of this BTC community - because y’all make it feel normal. 🤣

It's a very inelegant solution that adds a lot of complexity. It wasn't conceived with the goal of safeguarding people's keys at all. If it was done with that in mind I bet we could have made something better.

In any case, rushing into it feels misguided. For the sole purpose of keeping identities safe I believe NIP-41 is a superior solution, although not perfect either, of course.
