Combine this with the fact that the state now has total control over corporate media, so it can trumpet every short-term "success" at a grand scale while simultaneously distracting from the long-term consequences of those actions...

Is it any wonder why so many people have been tricked into thinking the government is their friend?

The most underrated perk of #Nostr (specifically the lack of algorithm) is that you are not punished for posting external links.

On X, Instagram, and all other centralized social media platforms, anytime you post a link to ANYWHERE off the site, not only is that post's reach crushed, but future posts are demoted as well, as your entire account gets put on the algo's "naughty list" for directing people off-platform.

Think of how many awesome sites, resources, personal art/blogs etc. across the internet have NOT been shared, as users are bludgeoned into bending the knee to this tunnel-visioned way of communicating.

It's a silent attack on perspective decentralization, and people's ability to share high-signal content by independent creators who've made the personal choice to curate their content in a more sovereign location, apart from any particular algorithmic prison.

#Nostr fixes this.

did you shitpost the nostr dip, anon?

Welcome back sir 🤙
