Chainflip says it has limited some frontend services but can’t fully block transactions as a decentralized protocol.

Over $1.1M in ETH has already been converted.

Seems like a bunch of dots lining up, or forced to line up, and all just circumstantial. You could do the same trick with a lot of dots with all of other usual suspects.
