What's your technique to enter state of Zen?

Det här va fan det största diy projektet jag samarbetat på, aldrig skrattat så mycket i hela mitt liv 👊

Sen dansade jag med en så jävla fin tjej, jag blev helt förhäxad; så förtrollad att när hon gav mig sitt namn så missade jag chansen att be om hennes nummer. Hon vågade dansa 💜🤟 kosmos

Jag skrev en seriös guidebook nånstans vet inte vart den tog vägen men här är den viktigaste regeln som tyvärr saknas i första utgåvan:
