I, myself, enjoy following the female adult entertainers on here so you'll get no argument from me about your right to be here. I'm just curious as to how the network will deal with child porn. Blocking does work. I do it myself as I have went to global and stumbled upon that filth. I'm just curious how we deal with it. There is a we in this as we're not reigned in by a centralized authority. How does Nostr scale and include normies if we're to make this go mainstream with child porn being present?
Free speech is stoppable on Nostr. Why? Because devs continue to allow adult profiles to be reported and thereby suppressed from being seen.

I won't be participating in FUD here. Of course, we have some bad apples on the network. Do I give a shit? No. I can mute, block, and report accounts. Reporting means that when a limit is reached most relay operators will not host the npub. Or a relay runner can see the reports on the account and not allow them access. That's the way I think it works at least.
Anyway, do I want to see child porn on here? No. But, I have the power to have the network serve up what I want to see and deny stuff I do not want to see and that is the best superpower of Nostr. People can still say things and I can choose whether to listen or not. And I think this is very important.
We cannot have centralized entities moderating what people see on the network. That's the user's choice. But, hey, the cool thing about Nostr is that if you want to; you can start a relay and build a client and allow whatever you wish to run through it or not run through it. You can build that family-friendly Nostr client.

Got the Nostr relay set up on the Pi 4 using Umbrel. It was easy to set this up. Now we wait for the Bitcoin node to finish the chain and we play with that
I bet it packs a big punch though lol
