My ears started ringing (tinnitus) after the 2nd, and last ever, booster. It has been like that for 18 months now. It was also a period of continuously wearing earpods; at home, while biking to office, and at the office. I was definitely was stressed and depressed. Lately and in extremely stressful days, the ringing would be combined with mild hearing pain depending on how close and how loud the sounds are. Tried different medications but nothing really helped. You just have to ignore it so the brain masks it out.

Was going through my notes and found this list, thought I would share ✨

Cheat sheet to life:

1. Use workouts to gain muscle, diet to burn fat and cardio to improve your overall health & longevity.

2. Eat a high protein diet comprised of whole foods for the best body composition.

3. When lifting weights use your mind to muscle connection to increase muscle contraction.

4. Upon waking drink water before coffee.

5. Delay coffee 1-2 hours upon waking. This lets cortisol clear out adenosine, which can lead to sustained energy into the afternoon.

6. Use your nose for smelling & breathing. Use your mouth for talking, tasting & eating.

7. Mouth breathing disrupts sleep, ruins oral health & can cause sleep apnea. Mouth taping at night helped me solve this.

8. Most mouthwashes are the biggest dental scam. Kills your oral microbiota. Avoid.

9. Avoid fluoride in your toothpaste. Use ones that have hydroxyapatite.

10. Sleep at the same times every day. Align your body with the rising & setting of the sun.

11. The 321 method for better sleep. No eating 3 hours before bed. No liquids 2 hours before. No screens 1 hour before.

12. If you look at screens at night wear bluelight blockers.

13. You sleep for 1/3 of your entire life. Learn how to optimize it and make it make it as awesome as possible.

14. Memory is fallible. When you have a good idea write it down immediately.

15. Your best ideas come in the shower, walking or in the gym. Keep a notepad ready.

16. Peel a boiled egg by rolling it around your plate for awhile until all the shells are cracked. This makes it easy to remove the complete shell in one shot.

17. Close the toilet bowl when flushing to avoid particles of filth sprouting up into your bathroom atmosphere.

18. The more you criticizes others the more you criticize yourself. If you want to judge yourself less judge others less.

19. Stay away from people who always complain. They are energy vampires.

20. Stay away from people who gossip. They are most likely gossiping about you.

21. Learn a martial art to increase discipline, confidence & release stress.

22. Show up up, do the work & seek ways to grow. Do this every day & watch what happens.

23. Take complete ownership for every result in your life. The only constant in every result is you.

24. You can only get stronger when you face problems in life. Embrace the fucking struggle.

25. Be in rooms where you're the dumbest person. Workout at gyms where you're the least fit person.

26. When you feel an emotion don't numb it. It'll only make it feel worse later. Feel it fully then let it go. Emotion is energy. We must let it pass.

27. You can tell a lot about someones character by how they treat service staff.

28. Money & alcohol amplify who a person is at their core.

29. When someone shows you their true colours believe them.

30. A few months a year go monk mode. Eliminate all distractions & vices and use that energy to build your health & business.

31. Who you choose as a partner will determine your level of peace, wealth & happiness.

32. Your perception is reality. If you want a better reality change your perception.

33. You'll never be as young as you are now. Do what you feel you're meant to do.

34. Your best decisions come from stillness. Stillness is amplified in nature & meditation.

35. True wealth is about being physically & financially healthy while living in a household full of love.

36. Keep a small circle. It's better to go narrow & deep than wide & shallow.

40. Instead of giving your kids what you wish you had teach them things you wish you knew.

41. Look people in the eye, see them and allow them to see you.

42. Keep secrets that were given to you.

43. Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all that they have.

44. Give people a second chance, but not a third.

45. Be romantic.

46. Become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know.

47. Loosen up.  Relax.  Except for rare life-and-death matters, nothing is as it first seems.

48. Don’t allow the phone to interrupt important moments.  It’s there for our convenience, not the caller’s.

49. Be a good loser.

50. Be a good winner.

60. Think twice before burdening a friend with a secret, ask if they have the mental or emotional capacity to listen.

61. When someone hugs you, let them be the first to let go.

62. Be humble.  A lot was accomplished before you were born.

63. Beware of the person who has nothing to lose.

64. Don’t burn bridges.  You’ll be surprised how many times you have to cross the same river.

65. Be bold and courageous.  When you look back on life, you’ll regret the things you didn’t do more than the ones you did.

66. Never waste an opportunity to tell someone you love them.

67. Remember no one makes it alone.  Have a grateful heart and be quick to acknowledge those who helped you.

68. Take charge of your attitude.  Don’t let someone else choose it for you.

69. Visit friends and relatives when they are in hospital; you need only stay a few minutes.

70. Once in a while, take the scenic route.

71. Show respect for everyone who works for a living, regardless of how trivial their job.

72. Marry only for love.

73. Count your blessings.

74. Don’t expect life to be fair.

The 74 Commandments 😇🤩

my friends would love to get hand chipped so they don't have to carry ids or plastic money cards anymore

Introducing 🍷 cellar.nostr.wine - long term pay per use storage for your vintage notes!

Why?

- Most relays do not accept very old events

- Some relays periodically purge old notes (NOT nostr.wine!)

- Offline backups/private relays are not viewable by others

- Fiatjaf told me to do it

How does it work?

1. Add to your pubkey balance on https://cellar.nostr.wine

2. Send notes to the relay using any backup service or nostr client (no created_at limits)

3. As our relay receives your notes it will charge your balance a pro rated annual fee per note (1 sat per note/year)

4. Your notes are stored and indexed by the relay as well as automatically backed up and available for rapid export at anytime

5. You will receive DM reminders when your balance starts getting low and when renewal fees are due

6. Anyone can add wss://cellar.nostr.wine to their nostr client and query historical notes

Cellar automatically rejects the following event kinds: 4 (DM), 6 (Repost), 7 (Reaction), 1064 (File), 1984 (Reporting), 9735 (Zap), and all ephemeral events.

Authorized delete requests are always honored and never charged. Kind 0, 3, and 10002 events are stored without charge from paid users. Duplicates events will never be charged.

Future improvement ideas:

- Customized exports (choose which event kinds to include, timestamp filters, and file type options)

- User controlled kind allow-lists for billing (only allow kind 1, for example)

- Browse the Cellar (Frontend to browse old events with a date picker. See what people were talking about on a specific day in history.)

- Search the Cellar (NIP-50, our API, and Kibana)

- Import tool that lets you export events from filter.nostr.wine to the Cellar

The exhausted selling our attention, since everyone is addicted to scrolling already, so they shifted to selling our emotions.
