what do you think the amount of irrecoverable xmr is? with bitcoin it's estimated hat 4 million coins or more were lost by early bitcoiners who didn't save their keys or lost their password or their wallet.dat file or whatever.
when xmr came out i feel like people were a lot more used to crypto and had learened from careless bitcoiners and were a lot more careful with their keys and walletfiles, even though a large amount of early xmr is similarly irrecoverable. I think it probably much less than bitcoins estimated amount. What do you think? how much xmr is lost forever?
imo the best setup for xmr is a trezor model t, feather, mynero, and a btcpay

how will onchain financial transactions outprice inscriptions for blockspace if financial transactions are being incetivized to move off chain into layer 2 lightning payments?
monero has done alright for me, it's growing against bitcoin, flippened it on the dark web, and besides that, I have also been a bitcoiner for a long time and have enjoyed quite a bit of the NGU.
I just see some basic shortcomings in bitcoin that I know will never be solved because instead of trying to come up with a solution, bitcoiners would rather say stupid things like "have fun staying poor lol" instead admitting privacy and fungibility is a huge problem which is now stunting bitcoin adoption and its use case as an actual cypherpunk unstoppable freedom money.
Bitcoiners, what are the arguments against drivechain?
