It's amazing how well nostr works.

I feel bad for guys that are pretty creepy. It’s not like they have good (or any) awareness around their creepiness, and usually leave women within their proximity feeling the ick from their creepy vibes which they don’t realize they are putting out. The real shame is that it evokes so much shame, guilt and denial that there’s no way to really talk with them about it in a constructive way. Almost nobody wants to be creepy, but ironically creepies tend to have the least amount of awareness that makes them all the more creepy. It’s really sad to see once you realize the creepy aspect is then really wanting connection and incapable of it because of their creepy vibes.

House prices would still increase and decrease as their local markets fluctuate. If there are many buyers or too few sellers, house prices can go up.

The difference is that house prices won't regularly go up year over year as they are now. Houses are acting as a cash-equivalent or savings mechanism. Just somewhere to park wealth. Without fiat inflation, that utility would gradually disappear and houses will fall in prices as demand for them decreases and then stabilize at their value for living in.

Ouais quand même. Avec les hashtag #nostrfr et #fr . Mais sa trouve aussi un peu de contenu anglais. Faut dire que j'ai moi même tendance a poster en anglais, je devrait écrire plus souvent en français pour ajouter du contenue francophone. C'est un big turn-off quand j'essaie de purple pill mes amis francophone.
