Trying to pay for my college tuition from Colombia to Canada has been an incredibly challenging experience. I'm constantly stressed, trying to figure out the exact amount I'll be charged and if the payment will reach its destination before the deadline. Additionally, I've had to fill out numerous money compliance documents to satisfy the stringent regulations imposed by the monopolistic Uncle Sam, while Western Union, unfortunately, remains closed for the weekend.
In the past, I've used #bitcoin to purchase a miner, an amount that was nearly equivalent to my tuition fees, and the process was remarkably smooth and hassle-free. I didn't have to deal with even a fraction of the difficulties that this archaic fiat currency system presents today.
These remittance institutions and the parasitic behavior of banks that exploit the system for their own benefit desperately need to be eradicated. Only then can we hope for a new and improved world.
