Their privacy policy literally collects everything about you. Even if they mean this sincerely, the chances of that data being leaked is pretty high. Anyone with a Ledger can tell you how much fun that is...

The safest way to protect data is not to collect it in the first place.

Should anyone from there see this, just don't collect so much data with the app, we all win.

I do like Mondays…. But it’s because I don’t have work as such. I call it an ‘admin day’ but if there’s no admin I use it to get into whatever project I’m into. As it’s Monday, no one can disturb me while I do that.

That said, sometimes I actually do have admin and that sucks.

I’m a big Fedi fan, been there since 2019. Nostr creates some interesting possibilities for Indie artists but a lot of Fedi folks see Bitcoin and crypto as the same shitty scam.

I’m going to test out getting zaps on my PeerTube instance this week. If I can achieve that, then I’ll be streaming from my own domain too.

I think there’s still some potential issues to iron out but there’s options now. A lot of musicians I know online are no longer releasing on Spotify. It’s good to know DIY options exist again.
