It seems so clear to me, not sure 🤔 the reason others don’t see it at all, they have no interest in a conversation about it. Unless they have a bit of intent to learn something new; then it would depend on the messaging they receive in those moments of interest and whether that strengthens or weakens the level of intent. Patterns of life and the ability to change a life long learned script that the most important people in your life also follow? How does an outsider create intention to simply look/listen consider (what word describes this process). It has to come from within Us an interruption in the internal dialogue. How do you get the thought 💭 to pop up in there mind to come deep within as opposed to another voice from the outside. I never say anything unless asked. Then I try to think about this person and say something that might bring up another thought 💭 maybe use a simple question about the topic they may already know. Idk 🤷‍♂️. Just thinking in text about the post. Definitely sparked some thoughts 💭 in me. Good job 👏. Thanks 🙏 for the read!

This year started off good. I’ve learned a lot, took a deeper dive into the BTC LN aspect of ownership and self sovereignty. I have more to learn, and, I am excited about it.

I think how much things have changed in my life to this point. When I grew up; you actually needed a TVGuide to know what’s on TV (10 channels in NYC). BTC is moving super fast and is an enormous instrument of change. (Going to be interesting 🧐). I plan on sticking around as long a possible; see how much of this change I can witness!

Hahahaha. I should apologize. I’m just thinking and writing the beginning of clearly show I wasn’t paying full attention, didn’t proof read. I got Sats enough to set up a Node, it’s part of the journey. It’s another option for me to have full custody of my Sats on the lightning network. If it doesn’t work out I’ll move what’s left. Clearly I can babble BTC is an adventure who knows where any of this is going? Hard core BTC coiners preach about connecting to the Network running a Node. I’m think now’s a good time to learn about these things? If you read this all; thanks for the your time….

Too late now it’s already done and those options you mentioned are more foreign to me than what I have. I assume I’d have to create a wallet with them as well aren’t may payments to send sats helping the network. I paying to receive sats also, not sure that’s hooked up correctly. I have to pay. To buy. Sats and. Use them. That’s the name of the game. I was under the assumption that with a node I could receive sats for no charge? If I had enough in reserve or on the blockchain. I still clearly have some learning to do regarding how to earn significant amounts of sats from something I am creating or providing as goods or services. I don’t know maybe there is a therapy site, I can use my LCSW and provide therapy services to people and earn sats. Maybe I can utilize my carpentry skills and build a deck, wood/metal house framing or blocking work, small renovation? I prefer my social work skills I’m getting a bit old for construction. I do like building things especially for myself and friends.

I enjoy Dante and definitely Rustin. I won’t sell ever, I paid in Sats to transfer Sats to set up a node and connect it to a wallet and this app. Write now I don’t want to lose Sats in any way. Today my stack shrank by 40k, I just hope setting up a Node to hook to this app was worth it? I’m not wealthy just a humble old man working through this life hoping to stay as long as possible and see how this all unfolds. I think now it’s still necessary to be increasing your stack not depleting it! If I can break even with Damus and it’s Wallet, I’d be cool with that? It seems like college; I had to pay to get in and then I had to work and spend time there to get something back hopefully something back I could use to earn a living later. Not sure how I do that here? Either way you need to pay to send Sats. It seems if you want to transact as privately as possible then you will need to start using Sats on a node.

I needed the Hub for AlbyGo that’s the reason I did it. It’s supposed to be a lightning ⚡️ node. They just sent me an email congratulating me for setting it up with a link 🔗 to a list of apps (all you mentioned) to connect. The list is also in the hub. The question is how much is it going to cost me to keep this all going? Is it going to drain my stack or compliment it? Of course everything is earned and I don’t mind paying a reasonable fee for a service or product that benefits me. Time will tell. So far it has cost me 40k Sats and I’m not sure what I got out of it yet?

Where is that page that shows Zaps ⚡️ received and spent? I just spent 40k in Sats to be a part of Damus, send Zaps ⚡️ and get Zaps ⚡️. I figure maybe this app is going somewhere? I think having a hub/node is important? I think that’s what I spent the last 8 hours and 40k in Sats on? I don’t know if Alby is a good product? It was the only wallet available from what I could gather on this app.

I just set up my Alby Hub and hopefully 🙏 connected it to my Damus Wallet. Took my 8hrs and cost 40k in Sats to get the spend and receive channel open. The node is still not happy saying I need more Sats in receiving? My wife had a small panic attack when I told her how much I moved and that it wasn’t enough I had to send more for another channel. Her first question was where I’d take it from? When I said my Cashapp stack she was able to breath. Funny 😆, She has more in her Cashapp stack than I do in mine.

I just got my Wallet set up and connected to a node. Took me 8hrs and cost 40k in Sats. If I waited 24 hours the Sats transferred would have been free. I couldn’t wait to see if I had it done right. Thought I lost a few 100k Sats. My wife had a small panic attack when I told her how many Sats I might have lost 😞. Have another 12 words to memorize and secure. It’s been 80-100 hours figuring this all out and getting this far and I saved 95 of the 107 Sats some nice people zapped me. In my old connected wallet. That wallets connected to my hub but this all started because it said I had 2 days to do everything I did today? Not sure if I can keep using that wallet here to zap and get zapped.

So. I’m thinking the only to get followers here is to comment on peoples posts and maybe 🤔 I’ll say something interesting/intelligent and get a follow? Doesn’t feel right doing that? On X I don’t comment much I’m there more to learn. Majority of the people I follow regarding BTC are on here. It’s just my other interests have figured it out yet. I think 🤔 I have the whole wallet connection figured out. Cost me 40k in Sats to get the the Alby Hub set up. It’s still crying my capacities are to low. I still don’t actually understand it all. The bottom line is I spent 8hrs and spent 40k in Sats to hopefully 🙏 have a fully functioning wallet connected to a Node.

It seems I’m making progress setting up the Alby Hub I connected the old wallet with the 107 Sats and the 300k Sats were on the Blockchain and I seen them on the Hub and have initiated something says my channel is being opened waiting for 3 confirmations? I don’t know how long that takes been at this for 6 hours already. I scheduled an onboarding session with Alby next week? I’d love to have it done on my own before then? I partitioned my HD to have my own connection to the BTC network. I’d still like to do that if that’s not what all this is about. I’ve been trying to figure this out for 13 years watching Max Keiser not wanting to be poor. I have stacked Sats but it took so long to find an on Ramp in NYS everything was shady until CoinBase, then Swan came along then I lost them and went to Cashapp the only on-ramp available besides BS CoinBase (not a fan at all). Of course I have a wallet but it’s useless if you can’t get Sats. Now I just use Cashapp. Nice 1 confirmation in that’s cool! We’re on the right track. I’m tired of X advertising sucks that the people I follow for my education and learning on things other than BTC aren’t on here YET. I’d like to do more on here maybe earn enough stats to keep all this going at minimum. That would be cool. Cashapp is becoming my bank I am moving on from my local credit union. I’m glad I am finally getting some stuff done in this realm. My wife heard I moved 300k Sats and had a small panic attack (had to take a breath). 2nd confirmation is in!

Well just lost my only link 🔗 to the 108 Sats. I had to send 300,000 to set up the HUB probably just lost that also. This is fucked up because you have to have that many Sats just to hook this up. For most people that’s a lot of Sats and you wonder why people buy ETF’s and MSTR stocks. This is extremely confusing and cost 💲 a lot. I don’t want to lose access to not 1 sat. I’ll pay in Sats for a service or product. Not sure Damus is worth all this time and effort. Right now I’m asking myself is this worth it? I’m still not set up have to wait 2 hours for the 300000 Sats to hit or pay more Sats. Have to think long term with this endeavor. Hope I only lose the 108 Sats.
