I can't do much about what others will say or think, there's no way to control or filter the "output"..

Instead I should be, and I want to be more in control of the "input".

I want to build my "soul's firewall" and to choose which ports will be open and to be in complete control of the data I will feed my soul with.

You can grow yourself as much you want, but if you can be easily shaken by words coming from outside, you'll probably feel like going backwards in your process.

In the last years I was trying to build my financial freedom, eliminating counter party risks, taking more responsibilities.. well I understood I should do the same with my mental health.

Not your thoughts, not your emotions. Avoid to be enslaved by the projections of others enforcing them on yourself.. it's my responsibility to care less about what others think, or say.
