I've heard at least one other person mention this, not sure exactly what is going on but It might have something to do with me using Damus TF on my phone and Primal Web on my mac mini at home?
How can I reach out to see what's going on or help to try to identify this bug properly. Lemme know.
Try Nostrflu & see if any of the relays has your old following list - then you can resend that list to other relays to get back follows
