GOOD MORNING
In most African countries, they see good morning as a respect and a way a child show that he or she have a good parental upbringing. And that alone gives the adult or senior the morale to punish a child that did not say good morning to him or her.
With my little sense of reasoning, I think that is also a problem in most African countries today, and I will tell you why" after I define good morning in my own way and understanding.
So, what is good morning?. To some people,
It is a courteous way to acknowledge someone's presence and set a positive tone for interactions.
*It also means let the new day be good to you starting from the beginning of the day!
*Good also conveys hopefulness that the new day will be filled with goodness, possibilities, blessing and other good things.
*Good morning also mean arise and shine ✨️
With the above definition and features, you will realize that good morning is a WISH!!.
Telling your child "good morning' in the morning means that you are wishing him or her a very good and blessed day!. And once the day keep being good, the future become bright 🌞 for your children. This means that telling good morning to Young one, you(the adult) automatically sending them into a bright and good future!.
So here is the reason I said that this might be a problem in some African countries!
When a child of 10 years keep wishing an adult of 60 years and above a "good morning' it means that the child is telling the adult to have a brighter future.
In conclusion, I suggest that good morning should be seen and projected as a WISH to children instead of signs of respect.
Maybe this way, our children will be projected into a brighter future and African countries will become more developed!.

FEAR
Fear is a fundamental human emotion that acts as a survival mechanism, warning us of potential danger and prompting us to react.
Fear can manifest in many ways like body shaking, fast heartbeat, fatigue, etc.
Fear floats in the mind, the installation of in the mind leads to total failure. Fear originates from the mind, and fear can be conquered by only one soldier that have have many weapons, and that soldeir is what I called MIND GAMES (MG).
Furthermore, fear speak from the mind, so instead of carrying out the action that fear have spoken to you, you give him a suggestion. Giving fear a suggestion leads to you ( the human being) communicating with the fear inside you and the process of this communication is where you play MG with fear.
Example.
You want to start a multi-million business that will yield you billions, fear will give you many negative thoughts like," what if it did not work", what if your shipment capsize. Now you speak back to your fear saying, I journey of million miles begins with a step, I won't know the outcome if I don't take a step first. By doing so, you are weakening the strength of FEAR inside of you.
Finally, make sure to conquered your fear with MING GAMES, give your self and your fear reasons to succeed!.
Leadership is guiding and influencing individuals, group, or nation towards achieving a common goal!
So if the above definition of leaders is correct, I don't see any reason for elections. I think people should come together and choose an individual that they feel is able and capable to lead them to there goals.
Further more, there are features of a good leader that people can see in a person and know that the person can lead them well. Example:
1. Selflessness
2. Integrity
3. Empathy
4. Accountability
5. Vision
6. Communication etc
When a person posses the above features, he or she have 80% enthusiasm of a good leader.
Finally when individuals fight to get to a particular position or leadership chairs, that means that there is more to gain than give.

I come from a country where the youth are called " leaders of tomorrow ", yet, they are not allowed to occupy any leadership or government positions.
The old ones make the youths to serve them, use them for thugs and intimidation during there elections, they turn the youths to be wild and ready to do evil in the form of loyalty.
And at the end, the youths becomes hopeless and wild, that is when they tends to do anything for survival that is where they engage them self in some crimes like stealing, kidnapping,...
May we realize the format this people ( old cargoes ) are using on us before it is too late, that's the only way the youth can make there dreams come to reality.
