I can only offer general commentary. To me this doesn't read like content-addressed-media, it reads like media relaying since it doesn't address longevity of storage. Or does it?
For the choice of infohash (sha1) - why not sha256?
We can expect to live in a world of deep fakes soon, so I would also consider pgp signatures instead of pure integrity hashing.
The syncthing community may offer clues into operational aspects of a data relay network (relays.syncthing.net).

How long of a long form does this tech allow?
I just watched day 1 of Nostrica and my thoughts are:
- Do we need better discussion, or better search? I love citizen journalism, but I'd rather live in a world where I delegate trust to writers and journalists and accept that one writer needs many readers (ideally millions) to have an impact, to be worth reading. Influence of presumed influence is real, I'm happy to be humble.
- I cannot warm up to the love of donations and hostility towards advertisement. Which world is more corrupt and untrue - the world of donations, or the world of advertisement? I want to learn more about advertisement.

Rooting for technology even when it is harmful to humanity, is a form of nihilism. We need to take all these depressed programmers and send them to Florence on a retreat with analog tech only.
