Recruiters just spamming you with roles that are don’t really fit with your experience but match with one or two of the same key words you’ve used in your profile.

Not too bad tbh, work from 9-12, then. 30 min walk round the neighbourhood and lunch then work from 1-4:30.
Try to get some gaming/activities in the evening planned in.
