Arghhhhhh it’s such a painnnnn. I know once i wrap myself in my covers I won’t want to leave and that will be the EXACT moment my body decides it needs to release it’s bladder 🙄

Just drank a litre of water in about 20/30min space. I wanted to go to bed, but now i have to wait until I’ve emptied my bladder a few times to make sure I don’t piss myself in my sleep. Ffs😭

Dinner
Made a one tray chicken bake with potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, peppers and of course chicken.
Had to make some rice and a little side salad to go with it ✨🍗🥗
