1) Connect Back to your Breath

We breathe about 20,000 times a day but hardly think about it. It’s important to learn how to not only learn breathe properly, but to follow a 10-15 minute morning breathing routine so you can start your day on the right track centered and grounded in your body.

2) Say Hi to Someone New Everyday

Life is about connections. The more quality connections we have the better. Often times the “smartest” guys are the most shy. This overthinking holds them back way more than they are capable of. Say hi to the man or woman you’re drawn to. Maybe something special will come of it. If they ignore you, you’re right back to where you started 1 minute ago. Laugh it off and try again when you feel called.

3) Get Daily Sunlight

Not only can the sun boost vitamin D, but it can improve mood, lower stress, and give you a sexy tan. Instead of eating your meals inside, eat outside. If you're just starting out, then do a few weeks of morning or evening sun when the UV is low.

4) Upgrade your Food

The story we tell ourselves that we are not worthy of the most nutritious food is one that holds us back in other areas of our life too. Your body is an engine so providing it the best nutrition is essential to developing into a higher version of yourself. Don’t tell yourself you aren’t worthy. You are.

5) Spend 1 Hour a Day on a New Project

You give 8 hours a day to your boss’s project, so why not give 1 hour a day to yours? This can be as simple as starting a running club in your local town, learning a new language, signing up for a yoga class, or building the product you wish existed but doesn’t.

6) Follow New Content Creators

As you begin your transformation, new content will become interesting to you and the old content you were consuming may feel like it’s holding you back. We all become what we consume so be ultra aware of what information you’re feeding your mind.

7) Go to a Retreat in a Foreign Country

Not only will you know nobody, but nobody will know you. This is the perfect environment for you to become a student, meet other like minded people, and get outside your comfort zone. Real growth happens when you push yourself just beyond your edge.

8) Trust Your Intuition

You yourself are stronger and more powerful than you think. You know yourself better than anyone on this planet. Tap in to your inner voice more to make big decisions - don’t outsource this to someone else. If you make a mistake, that’s okay. You can learn from it and do better next time.
