2 bed 2 bath + den converted to additional bedroom. The condo building only has 8 units and only 3-4 are occupied full time. The rest are long term vacation owners that are only here from time to time. Annual property taxes are $450USD, the monthly maintenance and gas are $300USD (6000 pesos) which includes the Puerto Aventuras fees as well. If they actually saw the truth of fiat theyd run so quickly, if the number in their account dropped 15-20% a year, if they saw an account of how many people their energy helped murder during war, and bunk political manipulation regarding health and wellness in the food industry, Pharma etc. People would throw up, and run.
