It's a scam. I don't know how, and it's not worth devoting the mental energy to figure it out, but it's a scam somehow.

I think it is, and that's intentional. Normal, mentally healthy kids seem to only be practical for wealthy, rural families at this point. Maybe it's not that bad, but the attack on children has been very well coordinated.

It mostly only affected colleges about a decades ago (aside from the usual propaganda in grade-school history classes), but now it's all-out war against children of every age to make them as degenerate and God-hating as possible.
