You’ll find people over time but I think a good way to start is to look at the profile of the new people you just followed and then look at who they are following. See if any of those people are interesting to you
It’s best to follow a lot of people at least in the beginning so you can get more notes in your feed and discover even more interesting people. You can always thin out later
