There should be more IRL debates between the skeptics and supporters. The only real debates I’m aware of are with peter schiff on the pomp podcast. Debates would be extremely helpful for those that don’t understand bitcoin.

I reckon 70% of real estate value is a monetary premium. If i’m right and real estate has a $300T global market cap than that is $210T of monetary premium. If 10% of that (1 in 10 RE investors) realise that #Bitcoin is a superior asset than that shoots BTC to $1m per coin.
To think there is also Bonds, equities, art, gold and currency to grab aswell.

All the ETF means to me is that it gives the perception to those who haven’t bothered to study #Bitcoin that it’s safe and legit. Thus helping adoption via mainstreaming it. Outside of that it doesn’t matter too much to me. Everything is good for #Bitcoin
