OK as long as I can still unlock the bootloader and flash whatever ROM I want to replace HyperOS.

I #degoogle all my smartphones. I get easily 2 days of battery life out of them. Even on 4 year-old devices. I just switched all my _workflow_ to #fdroid apps.
