In many applications, there's often a need to format numbers according to different requirements, such as displaying them as currency, percentages, or human-readable file sizes. Laravel didn't have a dedicated utility for this, so with the help of the community, I decided to create one. So why not stack directly to the own node and have a win/win situation:

- continuity increasing capacity of the lightning node for better routing

Invoices and lightning addresses were always allowed, it was just zaps, which are typically low in value and are done without the user knowing they're potentially paying a hodl invoice. This is also wasteful to the network from a locked htlc perspective.
This was never a hypothetical situation, there has been many instances of this happening to our users since Zeus Pay, and with on chain fees being really high, is not worth making small payments that get stuck. But if you want to do that now, glhf.
