What’s your morning routine like ? I’m up around 4.30am / 5am, starting with icing the face, stretches, meditation, coffee with some music or a sitcom, and then get some good amount of work going before sunrise - and it's been a really great start to the day. I mean the whole day can be pretty insane but I love some me-time.
