My plan is to run a BTC node and lightning node and do my part to validate the networks and make a tiny bit of BTC on the side. I will set them up at look for other ways to earn some BTC.

Hi TKay, I order my umbrel and then did the research on what it takes to run a profitable node. Yes, completely back asswards. Did not realize all the costs and how much BTC needs to be staked. Is your node profitable? Is there a way to have your channels rebalance automatically? All these questions came up after I read the thread below.
