Saw the neurologist vet again today for my little pooch. Another $1200 for follow up exam, blood tests, more meds, etc. The vet is hoping he responds to the meds but thinks surgery will be inevitable at some point. I know right! The pricing is insane. I did look around for mri options but there is only one within a 6 hour drive. I will check for the surgery as well but it seems everyone charges these ridiculous prices. 😠
