Yes, CoinMarketCap has ICP and WLD classified as privacy coins, although they operate transparent blockchains or scan biometric features such as the iris. For me, they are more like surveillance coins.
However, beginners and people who want to find out more about an unknown coin would do well to avoid CoinMarketCap and instead visit CoinGecko, whose classification of cryptocurrencies still makes sense.
