I recently watched a video in which old people stated that Bitcoin is created by the CIA in order to divert investments into Gold and Silver.

And once people find this out, the prices of Gold and Silver would skyrocket.

I find these levels of cope very impressive.

Gold used to be a vote against the establishment.

Now it is Bitcoin.

TransferWise is protecting me from buying Bitcoin

I earn in USD and live in Europe so I use Wise for the lower conversion fees.

I recently asked them whether I'm able to send USD to Kraken crypto exchange.

Unfortunately, they view Bitcoin as a high-risk investment and have decided to help me manage risk.

1. They don't support transfers to crypto exchanges because of the higher risk of activities involved in breaching the law. However, they do support taking your dirty, illegal crypto profits into TransferWise.

2. They don't support transfers to crypto exchanges but have a direct integration with Interactive Brokers where you can buy fake (paper) Bitcoin through Paxos.

3. In Europe you get rekt by currency conversion fees and USD transfers with shadowy, intermediary banks. This is one of the biggest scams of our time and I think it reaches end-of-life soon.
